Researchi is on a mission to help companies explore, measure, and manage their AI presence across digital platforms. As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting high-performance, visually outstanding React applications that empower the next generation of AI-powered research and decision-making tools.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Develop sleek, high-quality user interfaces from low- and high-fidelity wireframes.
  • Write “god-tier CSS” to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, and elegant experiences.
  • Optimize frontend performance for smooth, responsive interaction across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers and backend engineers to bring complex ideas to life with speed and accuracy.
  • Contribute to Researchi’s frontend architecture and shape our engineering best practices.

Who You Are

  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of state management and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in Tailwind CSS or SASS/SCSS, delivering polished, sharp, and responsive designs.
  • Experience architecting scalable Next.js applications using App Router, SSR, SSG, and ISR.
  • Familiarity with data fetching tools like React Query, SWR, or similar.
  • Skilled in animations, transitions, and layout techniques to create fluid, engaging interfaces.
  • A strong portfolio of modern frontend work demonstrating UI polish and attention to UX.
  • A sharp eye for design and user interaction, with a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment—iterating quickly and building with purpose.

Bonus if you have

  • Experience with GSAP for smooth, complex animations.
  • Knowledge of R3F or Three.js for interactive 3D experiences.
  • Led large-scale Next.js migrations or complex refactors.
  • Deep understanding of CDN, caching, and performance scaling strategies.
  • Experience with i18n/l10n in production Next.js applications.
  • Practical experience using React Server Components in live projects.
