You’ll be a key product leader within our Growth division, which is responsible for expanding InoFirm’s user base by creating compelling, sticky product experiences. Our goal? Make managing finances feel intuitive, rewarding, and even fun.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers.
- Own the strategic vision for a product area within InoFirm.
- Guide product features through the full development cycle: from ideation and research to launch and optimization.
- Be accountable for key growth and engagement metrics.
- Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data to uncover opportunities.
- Collaborate with design to craft seamless, elegant experiences.
- Partner with engineers to prioritize and execute feature development.
- Innovate user-facing features that drive engagement—think goals, smart alerts, gamified savings, and more.
- A passion for creating impact through technology and accessible finance.
- Proven experience managing and scaling product teams.
- A track record of success as a PM in a consumer tech or SaaS environment.
- Ability to translate user insight and data into elegant, usable products.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- A strong sense of ownership and resourcefulness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, UX, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, etc.) in relevant fields such as Design, Engineering, Behavioral Science, or Economics.
Prior experience in fintech, consumer growth, or behavioral product design.
Background in user research, data analysis, or UX.
